Muse - Invincible

I was on the bus back from our 5-4 loss to #20 UCONN and this song came on:  Invincible by MUSE

It's a song off their 4th full-length CD, Black Holes and Revelations.  It is also available on their live album, HAARP, a CD documenting their live performance at London's Wembley Stadium in June of 2007.

To me, it is a song about perseverence, standing up for what you believe in, and getting through things with the people that matter in your life.  I highly suggest it to anyone looking for a mellow but powerful song.

MUSE is a 3-piece rock band from Teignmouth, Devonshire, England.  They've released 5 studio albums, most recently The Resistance (2009).  Their title track, Resistance, is often heard on ESPN, along with Uprising, the first single off the album.

I have been a fan of MUSE for a while now, and am very much looking forward to see them live for the first time.  Man am I ready to see them at Nassau Coliseum already, but it's on October 23rd.

My head hurts.  Time for aspirin, take Nathan out, head to bed.  I'm tired.

Together we're invincible.
