Tripe; Gnocchi

Tripe and cannelini beans sauteed in red sauce.



Tricolor gnocchi in creamy gorgonzola sauce with olives.



Interesting meal - definitely outside my comfort zone. Maybe the three glasses of wine swayed my decision.
