To my throng of friends who've congratulated us on our baby boy, Nolan Oliver Darcy - thanks!
And to those who haven't, it's cool.
Mom and baby are doing great still. Hopefully later today we'll get outta here and head home. We'll see how it goes.
I just changed the first diaper at 7:55am. He fed at 4:30am so I'm assuming that's what led to the black tar present in the diaper. Slept for three hours after he fed, woulda been more but the nurses came in and woke us up. Now he's feeding again.
Nurse that just walked in was a wretched bitch.
Be back later on. Going to miss the last two games versus Marist today. I hope we win the series. It'll start on the mound, as it usually does.
Later!

Cool, maybe the 3 of you can catch up on a bit of shut eye and that would ROCK if you could go home today. Sure was different when my two kids were born nearly 30 years ago, they were in the hospital for 3 days.
Have a great day with the FAM!
Say goodbye to sleep. Sleep at work is what I recommend. I used to go to work to get sleep when mine were babies.
I just love being distracted and missing things! Happy Birthday Nolan! I'm so happy for the three of you, I just know you'll all be happy. And I'm leaving now, because I've been overly weepy lately and not going to get all sappy!
He's beautiful.
