I just sat in traffic for an hour and change on a 2-mile approach to the GWB - which has to be the most heavily traveled bridge in the entire world. I blasted Glassjaw and ETID the entire way (not kid friendly music) but it was the way my mood was taking me - angry.
When I walked in the door to the apartment, all was well - even though Lindsay was mad because she severely stubbed her left pinky toe on a pair of sneakers I left on the floor - my bad. Then Nolan was sleeping, which is always something/someone I enjoy seeing. Poor Nathan, he is in Long Island for the weekend while we head to Syracuse for a wedding. My father said he was sad this morning because he was looking for us, but then he goofed around with him and gave him a treat, then he passed right back out. We miss that little dude.
Then I popped on over to the newest member of the blog community - Nolan's Newsstand - a blog dedicated to our little man, Nolan. Linds is the main contributor to that site - especially since I just created it for her last night at around 11:00pm. I'm sure I will guest post from time to time, and when the little dude can use his hands, maybe a few gibberish posts will appear. It's more of a blog to keep up with the news that Nolan brings to our lives.
Time for Lindsay to get a haircut and dinner. Long day in Plymouth Meeting for me, recruiting, since I got 100% on my test and all, I am still eligible to find new players for Manhattan College.
