No Mo! Who's the Best Closer in the Majors?

Now that the incomparable Mariano Rivera is out for the year, the debate begins - Who's the best closer in the game?

Here's my Top 16 - 8 from each league.  I'll update every so often until I come to a clear decision who is the "best" closer.

Maybe I have forgotten about some other guys out there who should garner some attention - Huston Street, Sean Marshall, Grant Balfour - but this is my list.
