Basically what it means is your defense hates you, your arm hates you, and your bullpen never knows when the hell they've got to be ready because in any given inning you could implode and/or your arm might explode.
Here they are. Going deep in games seems to be secondary to these guys. Not surprisingly, none of them are even in the top fifteen in total pitches (Scherzer is #16), probably because they're at 100 pitches before the fifth inning.
